Bug#88423: ITP: reiserfsprogs -- utilities for working with reiserfs

On Sat, Mar 03, 2001 at 11:20:31PM -0500, Chris Ruffin <c.ruffin@ieee.org> was heard to say:
> reiserfsprogs is a set of utilites for working with reiserfs
> filesystems. It is similar in function to e2fsprogs, and contains the
> debugreiserfs, unpack, reiserfsck, mkreiserfs, and resize_reiserfs utilities.

This has been packaged for a while:

torrent:~> dpkg -s reiserfsprogs
Package: reiserfsprogs
Status: install ok installed
Priority: optional
Section: admin
Installed-Size: 748
Maintainer: Ed Boraas <ed@debian.org>
Version: 3.x.0d-1
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.1-2)
Description: User-level tools for ReiserFS filesystems
This package contains utilities to create, check, resize, and debug ReiserFS
 filesystems.
 .
NOTE: Releases of Linux prior to 2.4.1 do not support ReiserFS on their own.
Thus, these tools will only be useful with Linux 2.4.1 or later, or if your
kernel has been built with the ReiserFS patch applied. This patch can be found
 in the appropriate kernel-patch-<version>-reiserfs packages.
