Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I intend to package (well, I already have packages for personal use) the
video CD tools from http://www.munich-vision.de/vcd/. They include mkvcdfs,
which creates a VCD image and TOC file for cdrdao, and vcdmplex which
multiplexes MPG audio/video streams into one file suitable for mkvcdfs.

License is GPL. I will upload this package in a few days time if there are
no objections.
