I know, but it's a consequence of the way we tend to change the state of
wnpp bugs. :)

OK; I assumed that, since Santi's name is in the Maintainer: field for
apt-zip, and since the BTS and so on think he's the maintainer, that he
had to all intents and purposes adopted it ... I don't think it matters
that the upload was sponsored.
