[PATCH][pgstatus]sanitize_params: fix regex for version

Dear WB maintainers,

When reading the code for pgstatus, i.e. the build log displaying
system, I found that the regex for sanitizing the given version
number from users' input is not correct. I've proposed the fix
at [1].
