I guess we're missing the known_hosts

% ls -lha /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts
lrwxr-xr-x 1 root root 0 Jan 11 01:03 /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts -> 

As a result there's no trusted fingerprint for buildd.debian.org which
triggers ssh to ask
