Hello,

libvigraimpex FTBFS on some archs. The errors are unreproducible (I
actually did successful builds on porter machines for s390x and
mipsel) and the source identical previous upload to experimental
(1.9.0+dfsg-3) built successfully about a month ago.

Please retry the failed builds.
