Retry haskell-http-conduit/powerpc on not-praetorius

As explained in
http://lists.debian.org/debian-haskell/2013/06/msg00011.html,
haskell-http-conduit fails to build on praetorius due to its elderly
squeeziness, but it should be fine on any of the other powerpc buildds.
The powerpc needs-build queue seems to be clear at the moment, so would
it be possible to just throw this against the wall until something other
than praetorius picks it up?
