This is starting to look like a bad soap opera.

The problem with the previous build was fixed. Now the build failed due
to a bug in grid-packaging-tools that causes builds to fail if there is
a plus sign somewhere in the path to the build directory - which is the
case for binNMUs built by the autobuilders since the +b1 tag is part of
it.

I fixed the grid-packaging-tools package for this bug, so please give
back globus-gsi-callback (2.8-1+b1) again with a depwait on the fixed
grid-packaging-tools (3.2globus2-6).
