Please giveback rxtx on kfreebsd-amd64

Hello,

There is a know bug on the fasch.d.o machine that causes packages to
fail if they depend on gcj [1,2]. The last rxtx build happened to be
on fasch, and failed because it couldn't access the gjc libraries. The
previous build was on fano.d.o, and was fine. The debian-bsd list
suggests re-queuing until we get lucky and it builds on fano.d.o.
