[p-a-s/sid] Drop qemu and its reverse dependencies.

[Debian bug #614059]

qemu specifies its architectures in the .dsc, its reverse dependencies do so as
well. Thus wanna-build will be able to infer the right set of architectures
without the P-a-s entry.
