Sruthi Chandran, you were a DebConf organiser when Abraham Raji died.
When Amnesty International workers died, Amnesty published reports. Will there be a public report about why Abraham Raji was left alone to swim?
Was Abraham Raji asked to contribute his own money to stay with the group?
Another leading Debian Developer forecast a risk to health and safety at the beginning of the DebConf23 week. His email to the coroner is timeless. It is attached below.
The same Debian Developer wrote "Which movie most accurately forecasts the Trump presidency?" where he predicted the crisis with Iran.
Will you honour the Debian Social Contract (#3: we will not hide problems) and will you stop censoring people who ask ethical questions on Debian mailing lists?

Hi [redacted],
I've updated the document with some extra email evidence and two more
deaths, both of those being under management from a doctoral candidate
at Cambridge.
Based on my own experience of both Debian culture, the Pell situation
and the evidence in these emails, *I feel that there is an ongoing risk
to the health of people who engage with this culture*.
Please kindly confirm if the coroner can escalate this to the relevant
people or whether you need somebody to present the document in person.
