Sorry for the short notice - I've interrupted my vacation to answer the
remaining questions here.

Sometimes I'm using actually the trends graphs you are producing. ;-)

I consider it a recent success that the "Version Control System" graph
on your page https://trends.debian.net/ is showing a visible tendency to
more Git usage and the Salsa usage is increasing.

I think we could do better in gaining visibility.
 
> Which big challenges do you see ahead of us?

One big challenge I see is defining what qualifies as DFSG-free when it
comes to AI models.

> Are there opportunities that we could leverage? Are we well-equipped for

As a long-time Debian developer, I'm optimistic that we're well-equipped
to meet the needs of the future - especially by trying really hard to
attract young contributors.
