Indeed. Kurt, could you please note this numbering fix (to "correct a
minor error" under A.1.6) ? That is, the 2nd of the two paragraphs
numbered 5 shoudl be numbered 6.
Sorry for reposting the proposal without fixing the numbering, even
though I do now remember noticing it (and even commenting on it)
