Since there was no further reply on this proposed ammendment, and no
followup discussion for a reasonable period of time, I conclude that after
discussion, the ballot in:

  http://www.debian.org/vote/2008/vote_003

titled "General Resolution: Lenny and resolving DFSG violations", represents
each of the opinions in a reasonably accurate manner, and that it is unlikely
that it will be improved.

Therefore I'm hereby calling for vote.
