Angus Lees for DPL

Hi,

I hereby nominate Angus 'gus' Lees as Debian Project Leader (DPL).

He might be a emacs (xemacs too. peh.) using perl fanboy but he lives in
Cabal HQ (Sydney, Australia)[1].
