Devotee (DEbian VOTe Engine) has not yet been packaged, though
the packaging is being worked on. It is, however, available on a
public repository, and I welcome improements to the engine. It is
 available from http://arch.debian.org/arch/private/srivasta/archive-2003/

All changesets are signed with my archive key, which itself is
signed by my personal key; so the web of trust from the Debian
 keyring can be established.

I am attaching the archive key below.
