Yes. tty1 normal, ttys 2,3,4 covered in copyright characters.

  $ uname -mrv
  5.10.0-37-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.247-1 (2025-12-11) x86_64

Same kernel, but otherwise quite different. My bullseye is a
VirtualBox VM, and the VirtualBox console was running in a
tigervnc session.
