Strange, since I'd swear I have 4.0.1-2 installed, but running same 
command as you did showed otherwise.

nextcloud-desktop:
  Zainstalowana: 3.13.2-2
  Kandydująca:   4.0.1-2

Stranger, because I've just ran apt install nextcloud-desktop and 
there's there's 134 packages updating and 27 new installing now.

However running apt upgrade before it showed nothing to be upgraded.
