Testing : Hybrid sleep breaks swapoff

For some time I had regular problems when powering off my laptop : it would block.
I saw it was stopping the swap unit which did not finish. After some tests, I linked this to the sessions where the laptop had slept.
Another test show that in this case, swapoff -va did not return either.

I looked at the power mangement parameters in my KDE and saw that it was on hybrid sleep (ie sleep in RAM AND store data in the swap partition for hibernation).
Disabling hybrid sleep, I seem not to have blocking any more.

Against which package should I open a bug for this ?
