I wonder if you might, but for the issue of the network "already being in use".
That is not reflected in my experience on Trixie, which I documented earlier in the thread, but virbr0 didn't appear in "ip a" output until the default virtual network was activated, in my case by virt-manager prompting on vm setup.
Does your wifi nic by any chance use an IP which conflicts?
Which related packages have you installed?
