I spoke too soon. I have DNSSEC and moving the keys to a new location in 
the drive automatically generated new keys which then broke DNSSEC

I have had to go to my registrar and update my DS records to the new keys.

I could have changed my config to use the old keys but that seems to be 
poor practice.
