FYI, for those that may be interested,
I did a lot of substantial updating of the
Debian BIND9 wiki page:

It now well covers Debian 7-13 ("Trixie"),
and also relatively recent through sid/unstable + experimental.
It well covers at least many of the common initial setup tasks, folks
often want to do with BIND 9, including:
initial installation
setting up zone as primary
setting up zone as secondary
Dynamic DNS (DDNS)
DNSSEC
chroot
along with examples of each, covering the differences among
various Debian versions, and fair amount of related information,
tips, many relevant references/links, etc.
