Have you tried to read logs to see if some task is started immediately
after resume?
sudo journalctl --since '2025-09-11 05:50'
It is very long, I put it at https://dedu.fr/log.txt.
Can it be caused by any timer?

Among the three first timers (scheduled for today), the sum left+passed
is 29 min for PHP, 54 min for anacron, and 1h04 for fwupd. The interval
in my case is 1h13. I will try however to disable fwupd.
