https://sd-card-images.johang.se/ has vanilla U-Boot + Debian images for
many ARM boards, including RPis.  AFAICT there's no image for RPi5, presumably
because of lack of support for that hardware either in vanilla U-Boot or
in vanilla Linux.

IMO, friends don't help friends run Windows.  🙂
[ More seriously, I suspect it would combine the worst of both worlds:
  the lack of support (and accompanying need to learn^H^H^H^H^Hget your
  hands dirty) typical of GNU/Linux, while being stuck with
  a proprietary system.  ]
