NVidia legacy 390 driver

I had been having trouble getting an antique NVidia FX 1300 to work. I couldn't install the 174 driver. I found a GF 630 in my basement. It wants the 390 driver.

The Debian wiki says to add "non-free contrib" to /etc/apt/sources.list
