I am very sorry, I had read wrong, so I looked for the wrong card on the nvidia site. My fault!
It is not 340xx, but the nvidia site says, it is 169.xx, this one:

Maybe you want to try it, hope it builds.
Please make also sure, that the "nouveau" kernel module is blacklisted.
There are also 169xx nvidia debian packages available, but not in trixie. You might look at the older repos, but I suggest first to try the installer from NVidia.
