SSDs "wear out" when write operations occur.

Some computer magazines tested to intentionally destroy an SSD by doing
permanent write operations with random data on them and that lasted
years.

Any, as the amount of write operations caused by system updates is
irrelevant compared to the amount of write operations they can handle.
