Asides from saving in Excel File format it has some problem with exporting into PDF format.
I use a Government website that can accept PDF files, but not ones generated by LibreOffice. It complains about an error or password protection. The same pdf file works fine on other websites.
The trick is to not export, but print to file in pdf format. That works well on any site I have to upload a pdf to.
