According to a statement published on the current German language Wikipedia site about OnlyOffice (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/OnlyOffice), this surprises a lot! Not because of the code quality, but because of the current political affairs. More and more other public entities do go for Linux, but to my knowledge are not opting for OnlyOffice. This is the first time I hear about OnlyOffice having been chosen to become part of such public entity project.
