No, I think it was pretty clear: my mail was sent CC to the debian user's
mailing list (your mail program dropped it, it seems: I re-added it, since
the more people read your request the better the chances you get some useful
help).

You mention "the support one": this doesn't exist, you sent it to
<debian-project@lists.debian.org>, which is there to coordinate the
project. Of course, nothing bad happens when you mail there. You just
get redirected to the appropriate one, which is what I'm trying to do.

That said, it is big and daunting, and that's what the mailing list is for.

Yes, I understand that. Still it is too little for anyone to help you.
Please try to explain exactly what you tried and at which step you think
the process failed and how (error messages would be super-helpful).
