Oh, that was clever!

I recently started preferring `/dev/mapper/<VG>-<LV>` over the
(admittedly) prettier `/dev/<VG>/<LV>`, just because it lets me use TAB
completion when I can't remember the VG name, but now you've convinced
me that `/dev/<VG>/<LV>` is evil!
