I just bought the hard copy of the new book. I use Kindle also and would love to buy it, but the author doesn't sell his books in the Kindle format any more. I have tried converting ebooks to Kindle with varying results.
Has anyone been able to buy the ebook and convert it to Kindle satisfactorily?
