Where is your .sig coming from? If it's in a plain text file that TB automatically
attaches, I would expect the standard "-- " to be inserted ahead of it, as is done
in SeaMonkey, from which TB was forked, at least if composing in plain text. I
have no familiarity with TB use, or HTML composition.
