This command returns no output for me as well.

 % sudo lsmod | grep nv98

This command gives
 % sudo inxi -GSxxz
System:
 Kernel: 6.1.0-17-amd64 arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 12.2.0
Desktop: KDE Plasma v: 5.27.5 tk: Qt v: 5.15.8 wm: kwin_x11 dm: LightDM
   Distro: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
Graphics:
Device-1: NVIDIA G98 [Quadro NVS 295] driver: nouveau v: kernel arch: Tesla

   diag: 585mm (23")

So your device is "NVIDIA G98 [GeForce 8400 GS Rev. 2]" but mine is
"NVIDIA G98 [Quadro NVS 295]". What does G98 here refer to? What does
"GeForce 8400 GS Rev. 2" and "Quadro NVS 295" refer to?

I do not see this on my end. This command returns no output for me.

 % sudo dmesg | grep -B1 nfus
