If the information you have presented is correct, there is no
way to use the SSD. There is no evidence that it exists.

If the kernel can recognize it and it is attached, it will be in
cat /proc/partitions
and
ls -al /dev/disk/by-id/

Since you can't see it there, it is not usable.
