Yes. Potentailly, at least.

Those won't work for copy/paste in a shell, of course. They may work
in a GUI application. Shift-Insert also tends to work for pasting in
many applications, including rxvt-unicode (my terminal emulator) and
xterm, even when sitting at a shell prompt.
