Not totally true though. There have been a few changes.
So if you just replace buster with bullseye it might not work.
Here is an example of an working bullseye sources.list

deb http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bullseye main contrib non-free
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ bullseye main contrib non-free
deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security bullseye-security main contrib non-free
