Ownership and permissions on /run/user/601/doc ???

Peculiar ownership and permissions on /run/user/601/doc:

    d?????????  ? ?    ?       ?            ? doc/

and it can not be changed as root.

Logging out, then in, same thing.

Any help on fixing it would be greatly appreciated.
