I found the options explaint in https://docs.broadcom.com/doc/12352476

[WT|WB] Write through /  Write back
[NORA|RA]  No read ahead / Read ahead
[Direct|Cached] Sets the logical drive cache policy
[CachedBadBBU|NoCachedBadBBU] Enables caching when BBU is not functioning

So I would say:

storcli -CfgEachDskRaid0 WT RA direct nocachedbadbbu -a0

is the best for use with mdadm?
