Nvidia Optimus, Debian 10, and Firefox ESR crashes

I have a Dell Latitude E6520 with Nvidia Optimus graphics:

After a random amount of time (minutes to hours) of watching videos on YouTube in full screen mode via a KVM switch:

The system will crash:

-  Video is stuck on one frame.

-  Audio continues playing.

-  Mouse pointer is visible and moves with mouse movement.

-  Mouse clicks have no effect.

-  Keyboard input has no effect.


I can SSH into the computer after the crash.
