ALmost certainly.

Yes, and not especially.

Almost certainly.

In particular: the Ryzen APUs have a Radeon GPU that is
well-supported by Debian. You will want to add the amd non-free
firmware, but unless you have really high-performance graphics
needs, you won't need anything not shipped by Debian in Buster.
