these fonts are available in debian 9
some web sites let you enter Chinese, i use
pinyin is most popular Chinese input method
no additional setup is needed, just install fonts mentioned above
and use some web sites to enter Chinese
if i make further configuration (setting locale), it often makes English fonts ugly
