I think they refers to investors "taking a haircut" rather than
"getting a haircut", IIRC the news reports of a few years ago.

But, yes, there do seem to be half a dozen haircuts in
libreoffice-common. I myself would have preferred the
exhortation to get massage, though perhaps not during lockdown.
