Except that they include e1000 in the netinst's initrd:

$ wget -q http://ftp.debian.org/debian/dists/bullseye/main/installer-amd64/current/images/netboot/netboot.tar.gz
$ tar xf netboot.tar.gz ./debian-installer/amd64/initrd.gz
$ lsinitramfs debian-installer/amd64/initrd.gz | grep e1000
lib/modules/4.19.0-5-amd64/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000
lib/modules/4.19.0-5-amd64/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000/e1000.ko
lib/modules/4.19.0-5-amd64/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e
lib/modules/4.19.0-5-amd64/kernel/drivers/net/ethernet/intel/e1000e/e1000e.ko

And it's the same for the stable.
