Debian installer pXE booting qemu for Windows

Hi,

I want to Install Debian 10.1 using PXE as a guest using Qemu.
I have downloaded the netboot.tar.gz, extracted it and use the following
command:

... -boot n -net user,tftp=<PATH>,bootfile=pxelinux.0

"Failed to load ldlinux.c32
Boot failed: press a key to retry, or wait for reset..."

the file 'pxelinux.0' is downloaded properly (ok msg) but after that it
fails with the above error:

On the debian-boot list, (1) it has been suggested to get the log from
the local tftp qemu server but I don't know how to do that.

Can anyone help me to sort this out?:
- How can I get the log of the local tftp server of Qemu
- PXE booting the Debian installer from with in Qemu

The host is running 'Qemu for Windows'.

Any help/input is welcome! :)
