Psensor Problem in Debian Buster

I have upgraded from Stretch to Buster.

Psensor fails to autoscale the CPU temperature in Buster when I am 
logged in a user, although it did autoscale the temperature  in 
Stretch.  Buster shows the CPU temperature as 41 degrees Celsius as a 
user, but autoscales running as root.

Insights to a solution to this problem would be most welcome.
