Hello. Just do sudo apt update, sudo apt upgrade and sudo apt full-upgrade. Is recommended to use apt. If you use apt-get and if you see this message "E: Repository 'http://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates InRelease' changed its 'Suite' value from 'testing' to 'stable'
N: This must be accepted explicitly before updates for this repository can be applied. See apt-secure(8) manpage for details.", then just do apt-get --allow-releaseinfo-change update.
With apt command, all you have to do is to agree with changes (just press Y). Good luck!
