I see nothing that can stop you from doing the same for IPv6.
Whatever resolver configuration (and assorted kludges) you describe
later are hardly relevant here.

So all your LAN IPv4s are statically assigned. Again, nobody forbids you
to do the same static assignment for IPv6.
