That would be the kernel package *name*. According to 
snapshot.debian.org there were 3 different versions of that package in 
the archive:

I would have suggested to purge and reinstall the *package* 
linux-image-4.19.0-1-amd64, just to make sure there is no mismatch 
between the kernel and modules.
