What's your host system? Windows?
Did you download the correct Debian install ISO for your system? What
is your system's hardware?
Did you RTFM? It should have been the first thing you did. Just
installing VirtualBox by itself is usually insufficient for it to work
properly. All is revealed in the user manual.
